Lizbeth

This is a project I started last May 2009. I came across an illustration and wrote to the artist Barbara Canepa and asked if I could do a figure inspired after their character. Barbara wrote me back and was gracious enough and happy to allow me to do a figure after her illustration. I started this figure last year but because I could not settle on certain aspects I set it aside.
After much thought and contemplation over the next year about what I wanted this figure to be I went back to the drawing board and started on her again.
Here is "Lizbeth" in the end results! I hope you enjoy "Lizbeth" as much as I enjoyed creating her! She is a dark moody little thing... and I am sure has many secrets to share...but only to the one that claims her first to come and live with them
